There are Several Requirements to Consider When Selecting a Vacuum Valve
(1)According to the working pressure, there are low vacuum valves, high vacuum valves and ultra high vacuum valves.
(2) According to the structural characteristics, there are butterfly valves, ball valves, diaphragm valves, baffle valves, flapper valves, angle valves, straight valves, three-way valves.
(3)According to the transmission principle are manual, pneumatic, electric and electromagnetic. Generally pneumatic is the process of the electromagnetic pilot and cylinder performing the action, and the process of the pilot valve cylinder performing the action can also be controlled by hand. Electricity is used for both hands and electricity, and can be operated manually when power is cut.
(4)According to the material there are stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy as the main material of the valve.
- According to the material of the dynamic seal, it can also be divided into metal seal and non-metal seal valve. O-ring rubber seals for shaft seals generally have a leak rate of 10-4 Pa.L / S. The vacuum degree is not high during the shaft movement. It can be used under the condition of not requiring high vacuum; Tube sealing, its leakage rate is 10-7Pa.L / S, suitable for use under ultra-high vacuum conditions.
The purpose of general vacuum valve is briefly introduced below.
The butterfly valve is a straight-through type, and the three driving modes of manual, pneumatic and electric are determined by the user. The opening angle of manual butterfly valve can be adjusted arbitrarily; the opening angle of intelligent pneumatic and electric butterfly valve can also be adjusted arbitrarily.
The flapper valve is used in places with high vacuum requirements or high pipe size requirements. All-way conduction, valve leakage rate is 10-7Pa.L / S, two-way sealed. The driving mode is manual, pneumatic and electric. Both pneumatic and electric with signal feedback device.
Diaphragm valve and ball valve are straight-through, and can be used in the situation where positive pressure and vacuum coexist. The driving mode is manual, pneumatic and electric.
Baffle valve is used in the corner and tee of vacuum pipe. The driving modes are manual, pneumatic, electromagnetic and electric. Among them, the GDC-J electromagnetic high vacuum baffle valve is a metal bellows seal, which has a wide range of applications and can also be used as an inflation valve; the installation position can be arbitrary, can be reversed to an atmospheric pressure, and has a feedback signal output.
Electromagnetic vacuum belt inflation valve and electromagnetic vacuum differential pressure valve are vacuum valves specially used to prevent mechanical vacuum pumps from returning oil. They are installed at the inlet of mechanical vacuum pumps and open and close in synchronization with the pumps. Generally cannot be used elsewhere, that is to say cannot be used for deflation in vacuum systems. The advantages of using an electromagnetic vacuum differential pressure valve are low power consumption and energy saving; the valve body material of DN ≤ 50 is aluminum alloy, light weight, small size, and fast closing of the valve plate.
