Vacuum  ATT-100VG tank for metal powders

ATT-100VG tanks (100 liters, vacuum, horizontal) are used in the manufacture of powders for isostatic pressing of profile disks with blades for aircraft engines, gas turbines. Tanks of this type can be discharged by vacuum pumps before filling with inert gas, pumping off may be carried out both separately and when connected to mating technological equipment.

ATT-100VG tanks are specially designed for receiving powders from metal powder screening machines, air classifiers, gloveboxes, centrifugal classifiers, centrifugal spaying machines, gas atomizers, grates, the height under which is limited. To receive hot powders, tanks are available in water-cooled version. Due to the fact that loading is carried out in horizontal tank (minimum height), it is possible to optimize the frame height of the equipment to be mated, and to refuse the equipment in pits in many cases and thereby to cut down expenses in the manufacture and installation of equipment, as well as increase staff comfort when working with technological chain equipment.

Structurally, tanks are vacuum chambers installed in a frame that simplifies transportation, storage and installation of tanks on technological equipment.
