All vacuum tees must be treated by shot blasting on the inner and outer surface of the iron oxide cladding and then coated with anticorrosive paint. After the pipe is put in, the pipe is stuck with a hydraulic cylinder, and then the liquid is injected into both sides to bulge inward. The pipe is squeezed out of the convex shape of the tee, and then the protrusion is cut from an appropriate position to bevel. . During this process, two shot peening treatments are performed.
In order to improve the welding quality of the vacuum tee, we have beveled the ends and left a certain angle. This industry has higher requirements. The thickness of the edges and the range of the angular deviation are strictly regulated.
In addition, since there is work hardening during processing, heat treatment is also required. Another point is the requirements for the packaging of the vacuum tee. For small-caliber vacuum tees, we need to make wooden boxes to place vacuum tees, about 1 cubic meter, and it is strictly stipulated that the weight of the tees installed cannot exceed one ton to prevent crushing. For large-caliber vacuum tees, we have to pack them individually to facilitate transportation and prevent oxidation by air.
