Flange type: the joint of metal hose with a diameter of 25 mm or more, under the general working pressure, the flange type is the main type, which is sealed in the form of a tongue and groove. The loose flange that can rotate in the radial direction or slide in the axial direction connects the two bodies under the action of the tension of the tightening bolt. The structure has good sealing performance, but the processing is difficult, and the sealing surface is easy to bruise. In special occasions requiring quick release, the holes through which the fastening bolts pass can be cut to make quick release flanges.
Quick type: The joints of various metal hoses with a diameter of less than 100 mm are generally used under the conditions that require quick loading and unloading. It is commonly sealed with “O” seals made of fluoroplastic or special rubber. When the handle is moved at a certain angle, the claw finger equivalent to a multi-thread is locked; the tighter the “O” seal is pressed, the better the sealing performance. This structure is most suitable in fire scenes, battlefields and other occasions where quick loading and unloading is necessary. Within a few seconds, without using any special tools, you can connect or disconnect a set of connectors.
Upper outer wire metal hose: Because the material of the main parts of the hose is made of austenitic stainless steel, it guarantees the excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the hose. The working temperature range of the hose is extremely wide, -196- 600 degrees, the hose used selects the appropriate stainless steel grade according to the corrosivity of the medium passing through the pipeline, which can ensure the corrosion resistance of the hose.
