Sine curve

That is, (SCAF dryer) is used to coat coated paper to dry, and has very good practical effect. This dryer consists of a lower box and an upper box. The upper and lower boxes are rectangular boxes with insulation layers. One side of the upper and lower boxes is connected by a hinge, and the other side can be opened and closed by the action of a cylinder. When opened, the opening can reach 600mm. Several sets of longitudinal wind pipes are respectively fixed on the upper and lower boxes, and are equipped with a series of air-floating nozzles staggered up and down. The hot air enters the nozzle through the air inlet pipe, and is relatively inclined to the paper surface at a speed of 40m / s. The upper and lower nozzles are arranged in a font shape. When the paper sheet passes through the middle, it is floated by the air flow, and it advances in a sine curve air floatation state. The web tension is generally controlled within 5.5N / cm.

Airfoil dryer

It is designed by applying Bernoulli’s principle of fluid mechanics and drawing on the characteristics of aircraft wings.

It consists of upper and lower boxes, air inlet pipe, longitudinal air pipe, nozzle and other components. 100mm thick insulation cotton is laid on the periphery. When the gas comes in from the air inlet pipe, it passes through the rectifier, the shunt plate and the longitudinal air pipe, and then is evenly distributed to a series of nozzles. Paper surface, so that the paper web is suspended at a height of about 2 ~ 3mm from the flat bottom of the airfoil nozzle box. At the same time, the turbulent air flow flushes the paper surface and vaporizes the moisture therein. No support rollers are required throughout the dryer.

Air-wing dryers are generally configured on both sides to facilitate operation and increase the drying rate. The length of the airfoil nozzle is the same as the width of the dryer to prevent the lateral flow of airflow.

■ The horizontal moisture distribution of the paper web is uniform, and it will not cause the paper web to oscillate horizontally, so it is not easy to produce wrinkles;

■ The turbulent hot air flow from the air-wing nozzle is opposite to the paper web traveling direction, which increases the relative speed of the paper web and the air flow, and enhances the friction effect and heat transfer efficiency;

■ The upper or lower airfoil can be changed at will under the action of the opposite airfoil.
