Maintenance of Screw Vacuum Pump
Screw vacuum pump is a dry operation, non-contact, screw vacuum pump its advantages:
- There is no medium in the working chamber, so a clean vacuum can be obtained.
(2) The working chamber and screw surface are provided with anti-corrosion coating, which can adapt to severe working conditions.
(3) The dry operation of the working chamber is suitable for removing the gas containing dust and condensable gas.
(4) A single pump can continuously discharge air directly, and the vacuum system can be greatly simplified by pumping from the air to below 5pa.

(8) Compared with oil sealed mechanical vacuum pump, condensable substances will not stay in the pump, no oil vapor and oil mist emissions, environmental protection is the first choice.
(9) Compared with the water ring pump, it only needs the circulating cooling water, the pumped gas does not contact with the water, the material is easy to recover, and it saves the sewage treatment link, is more environmentally friendly, and avoids the influence of the water temperature on the vacuum

Its working principle is to make use of two parallel equal pitch screws to make synchronous high-speed reverse rotation in the pump cavity to produce suction and exhaust effects. After fine dynamic balancing treatment, the two screws are supported by bearings and installed in the pump housing. There is a certain gap between the screws (with high processing accuracy). Therefore, the pump operates stably without friction between them, and the working chamber does not need working medium.
