Recently, many customers have reported that the vacuum degree of vacuum pump (especially water ring vacuum pump) is always not up to the standard, which has been good before. Suddenly, the vacuum degree drops a lot. Through the analysis of vacuum supermarket technicians, the following reasons are obtained:

(1) In summer, circulating water is used to cool the working water in water ring vacuum pump. The high temperature of circulating water often leads to the decrease of suction capacity and efficiency of vacuum pump. Through the analysis, the working water of the cooling water ring vacuum pump of the central air conditioning of the power plant is used to improve the vacuum of the condenser, and the economic effect is considerable.

(2) Under other conditions, the lower the working water temperature, the smaller the effect on vacuum, and the higher the working water temperature, the greater the effect on vacuum.

(3) For the double back pressure condenser, because the pressure of the condenser corresponding to the low-pressure condenser is relatively low, it is easy to see that the limit suction pressure of the water ring pump is higher than the value that the pressure of the condenser should reach, so special attention should be paid to the influence of the working water temperature rise of the water ring vacuum pump on the low-pressure condenser.

(4) Under the condition of low load, it is better to reduce the working water temperature to improve the vacuum effect of the condenser.
