The key points of platform ball valve construction and installation
▲The installation position, height, and direction of import and export must meet the design requirements, and the connection should be firm and tight.
▲All kinds of manual ball valves installed on the heat preservation pipeline must not handle downwards.
▲Remove the protective caps on both sides of the flange, and rinse and clean with the valve fully opened.
▲The high-platform ball valve should be tested according to the specified signal (electrical or pneumatic) before installation (to prevent vibration caused by transportation and affect the performance), and then install it online (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit diagram).
▲Before connecting to the pipeline, flush and remove the remaining impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
▲During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
▲This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
▲The pipeline near the installation point should not hang down or bear external force. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate pipeline deviation.
▲After connecting with the pipeline, please cross-tighten the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
